The concept was thought of long before though in 2019 when watching Blue Planet II and seeing the catastrophic damage the oceans and the marine life that exist in them. It was then Louise knew she wanted to help reduce this impact and the idea of buying in bulk and selling products in reusable containers came along. However it took the three years to be brave and make the idea become reality,
